Life is but a dream right? The price I paid to get there wasn't so much. Drugs, alcohol, abuse, death, insecurities, and neglect all played a major role in this journey. Dating and potentially marrying an upcoming rapper on top of his game at the time would prove far less a dream and more a scary reality. Infidelity was a way of life for him and drugs was his second love. I was thrust into a role of being not only his girlfriend but his mother too, while losing myself in the process and letting go of some of my own dreams along the way.
